The National Scheduled Castes Finance & Development Corporation (NSFDC), a Government of India Undertaking under Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, was set up by the Government of India in February, 1989 under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (Now Section-8 of Companies Act, 2013). The broad objective of NSFDC is to provide concessional financial assistance in the form of loan under its credit-based schemes for socio-economic development of persons belonging to Scheduled Castes. Further, NSFDC also provides financial assistance in the form of grant under its noncredit based scheme, i.e. Skill Development Training Programmes to enhance competency level of its target group and make them employable both in self-employment and wage-employment.

கல்வித்தகுதி / Educational Qualifications:
Junior Executive (Information Technology): Bachelor‟s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Application/IT or PGDCA with Master Degree in Commerce/Economics/Business Administration from a recognized University. He/she should have knowledge of one or more programming languages like VB, C, C++, C# and Web Designing/ Scripting and HTML/DHTML, ASP Programming etc. and back end software like MS-SQL, Oracle etc.
Minimum 3 years’ hands-on relevant experience in Software Development in a Financial Institution/ similar organization. He/she should be well acquainted with recent/ latest programming software and work
Senior Assistant: 1. Degree in Commerce/Eco/Statistics/Arts/Science from a recognized University. 2. Minimum 1 years‟ experience in the relevant field.
Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Application/MS office package.

Upper Age limit: 28 years
The above mentioned upper age limit is for the General category. Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC candidates will be as per the Govt. of India guidelines. [SC/ST – 5 Years; OBC – 3 Years; PWBD (UR/EWS) 10 years; PWBD + OBC 13 years; PWBD + SC/ST 15 years; Ex-Servicemen (XSM) As Per Norms]
